Grief takes many forms. Support should too.

Loss of a Loved One

  • Death of a spouse, partner, parent, child, family member, friend, or beloved companion
  • Anticipatory grief before a loss
  • Complicated, delayed, or prolonged grief

Life Transitions & Identity Loss

  • Divorce, separation, or relationship endings
  • Career changes, retirement, or loss of purpose
  • Changes in health, independence, family role, or identity

Hidden & Unrecognized Grief

  • Addiction, relapse, recovery, or substance-related grief
  • Estrangement, infertility, caregiving loss, or family disruption
  • Rebuilding after painful or unexpected change

You Don't Have To Explain It Perfectly

You don't have to arrive here knowing exactly what you need, what to say, or how to make sense of your grief. This is a space where your experience is met with care, patience, and respect, at your pace, in your time.

Together, we'll gently explore what you've lost, what has changed, and what support may help you move through daily life with more steadiness. There are no quick fixes here, and no pressure to “move on”. Only room to be honest, feel less alone, and begin finding your way forward.

Getting To Know Me

Why I Do This Work

For more than 20 years, I worked as a drug and alcohol counselor, walking alongside people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Then grief became deeply personal for me after the sudden loss of my daughter, Sam. In the space that followed, I came to understand how isolating grief can feel, and how often people are expected to carry it quietly, without the support they truly need.

That experience led me to pursue certification in grief coaching, with the hope of offering others a place to be met with compassion, patience, and understanding. I believe grief doesn't need to be fixed, rushed, or explained away. It needs to be acknowledged, witnessed, and held with care.

My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training. I walk alongside clients as they navigate loss in its many forms, helping them feel less alone, more supported, and more able to move through daily life one step at a time.

What Working Together Looks Like

  1. Step 1: A Gentle Conversation

We begin with a complimentary call to understand what you're carrying, what kind of support you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

  2. Step 2: Steady, Compassionate Support

In our sessions, you’ll have space to talk honestly about your grief without judgment, pressure, or a timeline for how you “should” be doing.

  3. Step 3: Learning To Carry Grief Differently

The goal is not to erase your grief or force you to “move on”. It is to help you feel less alone, more grounded, and better supported as you move through daily life.
