Hold My Hand Grief Coaching

An Invitation

Work With Me

Grief does not come with a map, and you do not have to navigate it alone. This page offers a few ways to receive one-to-one support, whether you are newly grieving, carrying a loss from years ago, or trying to rebuild after a life that no longer feels the same.

An Honest Invitation

A space made just for your grief.

Working with me is not therapy, and it is not advice. It is steady, compassionate companionship through one of the hardest parts of being human.

Together, we'll make room for your grief as it is, without timelines, pressure, or the need to perform being “okay”. Some days we may talk through what feels heavy. Some days we may sit with what has no easy words. We'll move gently, at your pace, honoring what needs care.

There Is No Wrong Way To Begin.

Some clients come weeks after a loss. Some come years later, when life finally slows down enough to feel what they have been carrying. Both are welcome here.

How We Begin Together

A simple, unhurried path

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you reach out. We begin with a conversation, then move forward only if the support feels right for you.

  1. A First Call

We start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation. You can share what is on your heart, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels right.

  2. Choose Your Support

If we decide to continue, you can choose the option that best fits what you need, whether that is one session or ongoing support.

  3. Begin Gently

Sessions are 60 minutes and shaped around what feels most supportive that day. We can meet by Zoom, and for local clients, in-person sessions may also be available.

  4. Walk Together

Between sessions, you may receive gentle reflections, resources, or practices to support you in daily life. Nothing overwhelming, just steady care you can return to.

Is This For You?

If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place.

There is no one shape grief has to take to be worthy of support. If something in you feels heavy, tender, unfinished, or hard to name, that is enough.

A complimentary call is a simple place to begin. We can talk about what you're carrying, what kind of support you may need, and whether working together feels right, with no pressure either way.

There Is No Wrong Way To Begin

  • You feel like no one really understands what you’re going through
  • You’re tired of being told to “move on” or “stay strong”
  • Your grief is connected to something others may not recognize as a real loss
  • You’re carrying multiple losses and don’t know where to start
  • You seem okay on the outside, but feel overwhelmed inside
  • You want space to grieve without worrying about burdening loved ones
  • You’re approaching a difficult anniversary, holiday, or milestone
  • You feel ready for support, even if you don’t know what that looks like yet

A Few Common Questions

Before you begin

No. Grief coaching is not therapy, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It is companionship and practical, compassionate support as you live with loss. If something comes up that is better served by a licensed therapist, I will say so, and many clients find the two work well side by side.

Whenever You're Ready

Let's begin with a conversation.

The first step is simply talking. Book a complimentary 30-minute call and we'll see whether this support feels right for where you are right now. No pressure, no obligation, just a gentle place to begin.
